Well I'm out of the protein drinking stage as of last tuesday 10-11-11 Im now trying to be open minded about trying out some new foods. My weight is now under 300 lbs which makes me very happy !!  Since there was a mess up at the hospital about my weight Dr. Toder is using my weight from the 1st time she saw me which was 8-30-11 and my weight was 341 and today I am 299 that is the 1st time in over 7 years that I have been under 300  Iam very proud !!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I walk at least  a mile everyday if not futher , I try to follow my menu book to a T so Im just getting what they want me to get !!! My husband has been such a great help with getting all the things I need and being proud of me and telling me so!!!!!!!!!
