Rudolf Weiner

"I had my Roux en Y on Thursday July 16th, 2010 and I couldn't have been happier with my surgeon, DR. Weiner. My insurance only gave me one option, so I wasn't able to comparison shop, but Dr. Weiner met my every expectation and then some. He answered frank questions such as how long have you done this (2005, I think can't remember exactly.), how many have you done (3000), and how many people have died on your watch (0). When I went in I was convinced I wanted Lap Band but after Dr. Weiner and I talked he explained why lap band would not be the right choice for me. I was more than comfortable and he personally did my intake as well as every day visits at the hospital. Once again, I couldn't recommend him enough! The Hospital was not air conditioned, but each room was provided with their own fan and it wasn't all that noticeable. Also, the majority of the nurses on the bariatric floor spoke passable English, but the Operating room nurse did not. A small understanding of German is helpful, but not totally necessary. "
