"My experience thus far has been wonderful. Dr. Williams was friendly and open to listening to me from the very first. He had no problems standing there and talking to me for twenty minutes when I had questions post-op and did not seem to rush any time I saw him.
The least thing I liked about Dr. Williams is the amount of DS procedures he had done personally.
His staff was wonderful, and the only thing I had an issue with was while in the hospital, it was a little hard to get someone's attention on the day shift. However, there were a ton of people on the ward and the staff was very very busy. When they were with me, they didn't seem rushed, and seemed to devote my time to me and not to worrying about someone else.
The doctor and his staff emphasize after care strongly. They want to make sure I get the right amounts of the right liquids and that I am being safe.
Over all, I would say Dr. Williams' beside manner was wonderful, I'm sure his surgical competence is stellar as I am alive and kicking :)"
