i just wanted to let all my friends here on this site know that i have decided not to have the surgery done at this point and time. my doctor feels that i need to learn more about taking care of my diabetes before i go through something like the ryn. i am a little depredded but oh well what can you do-the doctor knows best. i gues  i will try and do what he has suggested and go form there.i wish everybody who as not had surgery all the best and for those who have, keep on keeping on and losing those pounds. i will try adn check back to see how everyone is doing so until then, good luck and god bless.
