"I was aware of Dr. Murr's direct and businesslike approach from other comments I have read, so I was not surprised to receive the same. However, as I also expect to receive excellent and considerable care when I have my own surgery, just as I have read of others' experiences, I have no problem with that! He appears to be very thorough and I look forward to working with him. His staff seemed very pleasant as well. I did not get to meet Martha, Dr. Murr's bariatric coordinator, at the time of my consult as she was out on leave--but I have since needed her assistance regarding my insurance approval and she was very helpful in explaining the details of that particular process to me."
