i have been overweight most of my life , i have tried everyyhing to lose and keep it off. once i fall i fall fast and my weight comes back faster and more than before. i have always been active , but i have always used food as my comfort. so, exercise and over- eatting does not go together if your trying to lose well over 100 excess pounds. at times i just maintained and that was hard work. i cam be disciplined but i also can lose all will power at times to . i was totally against the wls for a long time because i wanted to be able to take control of that part of my life and time and time again i failed. so just a month or so ago i decided not to be so closed minded and try the lap band. my last 2 attempts to lose was ww and a wl doctor for 1yr and 9 mos. i lost but i am back on the upload again.
