My whole life I've been on a weight roller coaster like so many WLS patients. This is the tool I believe to help me become healthier and live longer for my wonderful kids and husband. I have watched my mom struggle my whole life and now at 76 she is still struggling with her weight, diabetes, hypertension and lord only knows what else. I see her pain and anguish and it kills me! I don't want to feel her pain nor have my children feel what I feel each time I talk to her. This is my time to make a change and I'm ready for the challenge with the support of my husband Hank, kids Zoe, Naomi and Shayna, and my BFF Lisa who's having the VSG with me.
