"When I first met with Dr Schram I was impressed with how personable he was with a room full of people. His explination of all the different procedures was easy to understand and very thorough. When it came to the one-on-one meeting it was no different. We talked about what procedure would work best for me and he answered all my questions, and beleive me I had a bunch. He didn't seem to be in a hurry to get on to the next patient, and in this day and age that impressed me.
My whole experience was made easy by he and his staff, like it was meant to be.
On the day of my surgery I was most impressed by his willingness to pray with me before the surgery. A prayer that I will never forget asking God to guide his hands through the procedure. This being the first time ever in my life that I had any kind of surgery, it made me so at ease.
