Wow, I have not been to this page in years! It is now 2015. I am happy to say, I am still no where near I was back in 2004 before surgery. Currently I am working on a more healthy weight. But if I remember correctly pre-surgery I was 389 pounds or there about. So I have kept off 134 pounds! Thank the Lord.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. Remember to take it one day at time. It's a huge lifestyle change but one for the better. I wish you a speedy recovery and god bless you on your journey.
