My name is Kendra and I am just a fun, loving plus size chick! I am happy with myself, however, want to be more healthy for my family, especially my 2 year old daughter. I started this journey 2 months ago in speaking with my PCP and she referred me to WLIAZ in Tempe, AZ. In talking with my 3 beautiful plus size friends, they were interested as well and so we created what the WLIAZ clinic named us... The Fab 4! It has been great to go through this journey with 3 of my best friends and to know that we have the best built in friendship support group. One of my friends had surgery 2 days ago, and I am next. My date is 8/21/07. The other two are 8/23 & 8/24! Our lives are changing before our eyes and everyone elses, but we feel great already!
I am on my liquid diet - WOW, what a struggle! But, deep inside, I know the end results and just keep focusing on that!
Well, I would love to meet new friends going through this same FUN stuff!
