Jonathan Mandelbaum
"Dr Mandelbaum comes across as a very nice and very professional man. He seems to be the stricter of the two doctors at Saint Francis which is why I chose him. Obviously being lax is what got me here in the first place. I don't need a friend but a straight talking honest person who will kick me in the butt if needed. He seems to fit the bill. He has a dry sense of humor that I just love as well. I have heard some say that he is too gruff but I think that may just be a difference in personality. He will not do anything he isn't comfortable in doing and he has to have confidence in you as well. rnHis staff is excellent! They never hesitate to answer even the smallest questions. The insurance coordinator is so fast and so honestly excited for you. Many of the staff have gone through surgery as well so it makes you feel very at ease. rnThe center really emphasizes aftercare and has a great program and many classes and support groups. I would give my experience so far a 10 out of 10. rnExcellent surgeon and excellent staff. "
