100 lbs GONE FOREVER

I'm not really good at this blog stuff as you can tell but I did want to update that as of this morning I have lost 100 lbs. 69 lbs since surgery. I am so happy to have crossed this mile marker.

Today is 4 days out...I feel good. Still have some stiffness in my belly from where the drain is located.
I walked 1/8 of a mile yesterday. Hopefully can walk more today. But today is a very busy day. I weighed this morning an weighed 232.5 so I am down 7.5 lbs from Monday.
Still have a lot of gas/burping a lot.
