We are both about to endeavour on a journey that has been a long time coming and thank goodness for angels like Denise! She has really helped me along this process and has giving me nothing but encouragement about WLS. I know that you are truly blessed to have her by your side and in your life. She is a sweetheart!!! But ok enough about that. I wish you nothing but the best. You aren't too far now. And then it will be my turn!!! May God bless you and keep you during this time. *******CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY. ******* ~~~~~"Everything in our lives happens for a purpose and that purpose is to prepare us~~~~~~~~~~~ May God give you courage, strength and guidance throughout your new journey. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Sending Prayers your way that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands. May the guardian angels wrap their loving arms of protection around you during your surgery and recovery . Hi Kenneth. So nice to hear that you and your wife are embarking on this surgery together. My husband and I both had the surgery as well. He is about 3 months out and I am about 9 weeks post op. Our lives are changing, slowly but surely, for the better. You both will be in my prayers! Shannon

This has been a long time coming. We both have endured so much by way of weight loss efforts. There is no greater feeling to finally have something that you have wanted AND needed so badly finally come to fruition. In my heart I believe that GOD has been with us all along. Our denials on last year were for a reason, nothing happens by chance. This last year was an opportunity for us to grow, and learn. Now that we have come this far, there is no turning back, no failure and our level of appreciation for this tool will be magnified through our praise to GOD and the lifestyle that we now must live. I am thankful for sooooo many things. You, and our kids. I feel so blessed that we have been enabled to travel this road hand in hand as we do all other aspects of our life. GOD has gone before us and prepared this space in time, he will be with us through this all. I am ready for us to begin this next chapter in our lives. God Bless.... Your Wife, Denise
