I am 20 yrs post op Half the person than I was. Down from 345 pound to 170 lbs. It is not an easy road I just followed the Doctors orders ate small meal slowly still takes me 20 to 30 min to eat my meals. Had to ajust some of my diatery choses now lactose troubles caneat cheeses no sugar.
