Dr's Appt.

Well today I had an appointment with my surgeon. I had my labs done a couple of weeks ago and I went in for the results today. Everything is excellent!!! Awesome! I couldn't be happier. Everything from cholesterol to protein to sugar came out just great. They scheduled for me for an appointment in February which will mark my one year anniversary. They will take measurements and my "after" picture. I can't wait to see the difference between the before and the after picture and the before and after measurements. I have lost 116 lbs and feel awesome!
