The Beginning.

Hello, My name is Keith and like many of you I have been fat since early childhood. In the year 2000 Iweighed in at 342lbs. I lost 150lbs. over the next 14 months with diet and mucho exercise.Over the last year I have been steadily gaining and now weigh 270lbs.My co-morbidities are stacking up like cord wood. I have been lurking here for months. I attended Dr. snyder's seminar about a month ago. I had the pysch. eval last week .The doc suggested to start exploring some support groups. I am a little concerned over his "fair candidate" determination he gave me. I do my pulmonary eval . tomorrow and meet with Dr. snyder on Sept 25th. Ihave learned so much here already and I'm looking forward to being an active part of this community. Thanks, Keith
