Last week I got a call from St. V's and they said they would assign a case worker to my case.  I got a call yesterday and my insurance covers me (which I knew would happen)  but now I have to get approved which means I have to do a whole slew of things. I have to have a nutritional, psych, and cardiological consult. I also have to give diet history (which isn't a big deal) and a 6 month medically supervised diet. This makes me worry the most! For one I have to weight 6 months from the time I get to the doctor (which won't be til march) and for two I'm afraid they won't take me if I lose weight or don't lose weight on this diet. I'm getting the packet of everything I need to do in the mail. I have a sugical consult on May 1st! That was the most exciting part of the call!

I got another email from the Program Supervisor at St. Vincents. Apparently there is something wrong with the webinar that they have. She said she would send me the cd version of it and I have more paper work to do. I'm so pissed. I already sat down and did the seminar and the quiz. Now I have to do it all over again! I hope that I don't have these snags the whole way through the process!
