I'm 5'8 270lbs and need help. I've tried phen-fen and lost 100lbs but I've gain 70 of it back. I've tried eating good and exercising and it just will not come off. I am very interested in this surgery, I believe it can help me. I have a 7yr old and a 4yr old at home that I would love to ride bikes and play with but I get so tired and out of breath. I don't let them know I'm having trouble I just keep smiling and playing. I want them to have the mom that they deserve. I was interested in Lap-Band surgery but my insurance will not cover it. They will cover all of the RNY so that's what I will go with. I'm just hoping it can be done lap instead of open although I already have a scar from my navel down from 2 c-sections so I guess I shouldn't care as long as everything turns out ok..
