Hi everyone! My name is Kathi. I have slowly and forever been gaining weight since I was 18. It all started when my dad died from his third heart attack. I am 40 yrs. old now and at a whopping 273! I hope for my 40th year of life I can start a new life with weight loss surgery. I am a Christian and my faith in God gets me through each and every day. My family is an awesome support system and I couldn't ask for more from them and my friends! My brother and sister-in-law both had the RNY within the last year and a half. When I think of my dad dying when he was only 51 I think of what all he missed over the next 22 years. I don't want to die at 50, I want to live another 40 or more. I live in southern Indiana but am originally from up by Indy. I am new at the communicating online thing but hope I can get the hang of things! :) I hope to meet all of you who also would like to meet me! I am a optimistic person with a warm personality!
