"I came to Dr. Soriano in 2009 after another doctor botched my WLS preparations and conned me out of $3,000. Since I went through months and months of classes with another doctor, he didn't make me repeat them. He even waived the program fee. He sent me for lots and lots of tests, which made me feel safe and as if he was very invested in my success (even if all those tests were a royal pain to complete). He's not the warmest of people, but he's my doctor, not my friend. I have yet to have surgery (it's next week!) but I am confident that it will go off without a hitch. I trust him. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. They never "forget" you. You never have to hound them for test results or appointments, like you often have to with other doctors. Everyone in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area should go to Temple. Trust me, I know what it's like at other hospitals."
