92lbs gone.............183.............Wearing a size 12 jeans.........large tops............feeling absolutely marvelous! Very happy, but would like to say 100lbs gone! It could still happen! I haven't given up hope, but if it doesn't, I am sure not going to cry about it! I love the way I feel and putting on a size 12 jeans feels soooooo good! I started at a 24, but I didn't like jeans then..........now I do! LOL! I have about 10 pairs...or maybe a few more!!

I can't believe it!! I woke up this morning and weighed in as I usually do...............and TA-DA!!! 90lbs gone! I couldn't believe it! I figured I had hit the bottom of what I was going to lose. I really didn't expect to lose anymore as the doctor told me I would probably get down to about 190. Being as tall as I am, I was beginning to think he was right until a couple of weeks ago, I started dropping again after a long plateau. My goal of losing 100lbs total is now in sight! Maybe then I take it down a few more notches and lose what I originally wanted to lose and that is 125lbs! I was told that was being unreasonable by many. Then again...I am happy where I am at, but I would like to say 100lbs gone! My daughters think my arms and legs are way to skinny. Oh well!

#1 - Do this for 10 days at break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day.
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5X’s a day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened
peanut butter
beans/legumes
You may also have :
sugar free popcicles
tea or coffee
sugar free jello
broths/ boullion
crystal light drinks
#5 - If it is not on the list, you can’t have it for 10 days !!!
#6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 minutes of exercise daily.
