"The first time that I met with Dr. Roye, I was pleased. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and down to earth. His office staff is easy to work with, they are aware of what each insurance company is requiring for approvals and they are very good about keeping you up to date on the progress of your request for approval. He does emphasize that aftercare will be necessary for the rest of your life. He will address all risks that this surgery can include. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I have witnessed his bedside manner and surgical competence through watching my sister in-law go through this surgery with Doctor Roye, and I thought, that both was great."
