I just returned from my 3 month check up with Dr Graber. I am happy to report I am down 100 pounds. I can not believe how happy I feel. I am no longer short on breath while working, walking or at the gym. I must say , I am sore after a have a bike ride. The outlook I have on my life has changed so much. I am greatful for the chance give to myself to change.

My name is Kandie and I have had a weight problem since I was a child. I have had the same weight Doctor in Ottawa since I was 16 years old. I had my roux-en-y surgery on Feb 29,2008 in Utica New York.
