"All in all I was pleased with my care at Methodist, but there where a couple of issues. Like ...when you need a nurse you have to call them on the phone. The phone system DID not work well. Also one nurse was terrible. I called her on the phone about 10 times before I packed up my IV and headed out to find her down the hall.....in the meantime, my vein blew...hand was swollen and walking down the hall to find my nurse made me none to happy!"
