When I woke up this morning I was feeling pretty sad. My father in law in in stage 4 of colon cancer, we found out in March of this year. He has been in the hospital for 2 weeks they have done 2 surgery's on him and now he is in quarantine because his white blood cells are very low and he is running a fever. Yesterday we found out my uncle is in stage 4 of colon cancer also he has a tumor on his liver the size of a plum, he is so bloted they are not sure if they can do surgery right now. I am very worried about my family. I thank God I have him to lean on. I pray for strength for me and my family.

Well I went to my doctor today and I have lost 20 lbs since surgery and 26 lbs total. He said I am doing very good. Since I am getting alot of protein out of my food I can cut back to one protein shake a day.. I am very excited about that. He said my exercise program is good and he is very impressed on my weight loss in 1 month.

Today we celebrated all 3 of the kids birthday, (Shelby 10, Justin 9, and Kenzie 7) at American adventure. We had so much fun. I was able to ride some of the rides with the kids, IT WAS GREAT!!! I cant wait until I can fit in all of them. We stayed from 10:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I was pretty tired afterwards but it was fun.

I am having a hard week this week. I really hate my job and it is sooo hard for me to come in here every day. I wish we could afford for me to just quit, but of course we cant. I have been with the company in this position for 5 years in January and a girl that has been in our dept for less than 6 mos just got the senior postion over me. I am so pissed I cant even see straight. Alot of the witches here are rubbing it in my face that I did not get it. So now I am looking for another job. I hope to find one soon. I have sent out about 8 resume's. I try to loose my self in my work but it just does not work, everytime any of them walk by my desk they look in my cube at my computer screen to see what i am doing. UH HELLO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! She is such a butt kisser..

10/10/2005-Well today was ok it went by very slow. I ate lunch by myself for 15 mins then I went on a walk around our building. It is so beautiful in Georgia this time of year. I love being out side. It is not too hot, not too cold but just right. We turned our air off yesterday and opened the windows. I love the fresh breeze. I am cooking my sweet husband a good dinner tonight. He is so loving and supportive. I have been through a lot in my life (even though I am only 27). I never thought I was good enough, pretty enough or skinny enough to find someone that was going to be good to me, then God gave me Alan.

Well this weekend was pretty good. My father in law gets to come home soon. He looks wonderful. The doctor said my uncle's cancer is the kind that is easy to treat. They are trying to shrink the tumor so they can remove it. But it looks better than it was.

I went to the doctor today to weigh, I lost 6 lbs. I have lost a total of 32. The nurse said I am doing good. I came back to work feeling pretty good, then I tried to eat part of a egg role...BAD MISTAKE...it make me dump so bad. I hate getting sick at work. I just want to go lay down. Oh well It was my own stupidity..
