"Dr. Facundus and his staff are wonderful. Stephanie was extremely helpful with the insurance filing. All of the receptionists, nurses and assistants are kind, understanding and very helpful. Dr. Facundus was very thorough, and made sure that I was aware of all of the pros and cons associated with the procedure. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and he makes you feel cared for. In combination with his office and the BWI, they laid out a structured and easily understood post-op plan. I had attended his seminar prior to coming into the office, and I would recommend attending it to anyone thinking about the surgery. I love Dr. Facundus and his staff and would recommend him to anyone in the North Alabama area."
