Well you add a little sweet and the next thing you know the cravings are back full force. Been trying to get back on track ever since...I'll start tomorrow....tomorrow....tomorrow ....geeze I better get it

I had my stomach stapled in 1986 and got down to l40# from 300#. In those days wheel chairs were made for a normal size person. Needless to say I walked to the hospital room. The day after surgery I walked a long distance to the xray station. And I walked out of the hospital when discharged.
2003 decided to have wls again. Almost went through with it but I didn't do what I was suppose to do because I couldn't make up my mind that I wanted this. Food was still too important.
