i wish i could but up photos of me before and after,so every one can see the differance ,,i dont beleve one year has gone by,, so has 140lb's ,,,,i feel better,, look better, and am better,thanks so much for every thing,,, this is the best site ever,, thanks

and i am down to 187 i am feeling better looking better,, and every thing else that goes with life,, after the OP..i have only 47 or so to go but i t will be ok but after i have the OP for the extra skin to be gone it will help me out alot,,, well that is it for now ttyl

yep it has only been 8 months, i am feeling alot better,, i just dont know if it was way to fast.. i think it is, but dont know, if any one else things so please let me know,, thank you,,

yep i am i have just 10 more to go and i have lost 100 Lb's,, i can't beleve it but i will be thin again,, or thinner i am not hoping to be 105 but 150 will do,, it has only been 6 months,, i feel better, look better, have more energy, lost a lot of cloths,, but htat is ok i lost a lot of body to,, that is a good thing,, the cloths i can get back by just getting more but the body i dont want back,, i just want to be me thin and happy,, the OP was the best thing i have done in years,,,,, thanks to all of my friends and family and Dr's,,, hugs every one,,

well this is a little bit about me,, i have 3 lovely kids and went up in size with then but now after the OP,, i am geting there it has only been 2 months and i am down 41 Lb's i feel that is just to fast but the Dr's say Nope i am just were i should be,, i feel alot better look better and am doing good well more later,,well here i am it is now almost 4 months out and down 54 Lb's and dooing good,,
