It''s been 5yrs and all is well 135 lbs and happy. loving life.

Hope 2010 finds all my OH Friends doing grate as for me I'm maintaining and feel wonderful.
My fears are that I will start to gain my weight back.  I will not let it happen in the name of Jesus.
I'm 140 now and  I still dump if I have something that does not agree with me. I'm posting new picks. everyone have a wonderful new year.

I'm 6lbs below my target weight and doing great. Its been 16 months since surgery and all is well. I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW MUCH MY LIFE HAS CHANGED! People treat me so different. It make me feel great but sad because I'm still the same person that I was before I lost weight. Its almost like because I was fat I wasn't good enough and now that I 139lbs a size 6/8 People thank I'm different,
WELL NEWS FLASH I'M STILL THAT FAT PERSON!
So love me far and you can love me thin!!! 
Society is so hypercritical its not funny. People are so critical against fat people. I'm so happy I made the change in my life. I pray everyone in my OH family has a wonderful experience and great success in your WLS journey, and I pray its everything you hoped and prayed it would be. It truly has been for me.

Its been a while hope all is well with everyone as for me I'm great ! Its so awesome to be 110lbs lost  and a size 8/6 I still cant believe it .  Everyday is WOW moment for me. All my Labs are great I'm steady at 139lbs and I feel beautiful. How awesome is that.  thanks! to all of you!!! with out your support I couldn't have done it. U have kept me grounded when I thought I would fall, you all are special. I love you all.

Its been a while hope yall are doin well! as for me I'm great I,m down 108lbs and I still cant belive it when I look at the pictures. I,m blown away at the changes That I've made in the last year. I went from a 22 to an 8/10 how awesome is that I still have a problem thinking smaller I dont see myself as skinny and when I look at pictures of myself its so weird! because the girl in the pictures not the girl that my mind see. Now I'm not the fat girl with the pretty face! I'm the pretty girl with a fat head (LOL) WOW! pinch me! I cant belive it been a year.Thank you to all my OH Family you all are so wonderful I Love you .

I made it I can't belive it !!!!!  I made to my Doctors goel for me  145lbs what a awesome feeling. It has been a long hall and a wonderfull journey thank you to all my OH friends for your help and support with out you I could not have done this and still be sane!!!!! THANK YOU,THANK YOU ,THANK YOU!!!!!!!! 

I'm still at 147 and doin great Its tuff trying to get those few pounds off but it will happen I'm almost 11 months out! time does fly. Holly Cow 2 months and it will be a year wow!  My life has changed so much! for the better this was the best thing I could have done for myself the only reget is I didnt do it sooner. Thank you all for your support.

I lost 2 more pounds total weight lose of 95lbs. I'm 7 lbs away from my Docters goal. for along time I was at a stall and finley the scale stated moving   about time!!! I thought it was stuck or broke (LOL) almost 
one hundred pounds lost  cant wait.
Thanks to all my OH friend for your support .

It's  been a while just letting you know I'm doin great lost 2lbs this week maby my stall has past! My Weight as of  today 154lbs. I have 9lbs to goal  
Yah I attened Dr.Ducans seminar with my friend today and Thay made me speak about my weight lose journey OMGI was soooo! scared but I did it ! I so hope I help someone with thair weight journey.

I'm 11lbs to goal!!!!! That so exciting I'm down to 156lbs everything is great I'm going with a friend to Dr. Hobson seminare saterday she was so inspired by my weight lose she want's to have the sergery to. I hope to have new picture up soon .
