Approved Finally!

I made it through all the test, got approved and finally I have a surgery date. I'm kinda scared though. It is going to be such a big change, but I just keep reminding myself how much better it will be for me and my family. I just feel like I have so many questions on what I should do after the surgery to have as much success as possible.
