I am a 33 year old mother of two beautiful girls. I own a salon in Medford Oregon and work as a stylist and estitician. I have been overweight most of my life but also very athletic. When I had my first child at 21 I weighed 199 the day I found out. Since that day I have never been in the 100's. I've tried so many diets but my weight just keeps going up. My second daughter was born and I weighed 282 the day of my c-section. I'm now at 268.8 and have just completed my 6 month dr. assisted weight loss program with my primary. I was originally going to get a lap band but due to acid reflux and a hiatal hernia my doctor suggested that I get the sleeve. Thank GOD for acid reflux! I'm so glad I went with the sleeve!!! I was originally trying to get Aetna to pay for my surgery but to no avail. I was sick of fighting and finally decided to take action and make it happen without insurance. I decided to go with Dr. Aceves in Mexicali, Mexico and I have to tell you that I'm not very good about picking men but this man is the best choice I have ever made!! I love my sleeve!
