I was fortunate enough to have Kaiser cover a pannilectomy to remove the excess skin fold on my lower abdomen in Sept 06, however it has left me with a "shelf" (my upper ab is now larger than my lower "flat" part) and it causes all my slacks, nylons, etc to roll and bunch under this shelf.  Has anyone else had this problem after a pannilectomy?
My Surgeon Dr Le, is very happy with the results of the pannilectomy - he also gave me a "pubic lift" at the same time and it eliminated the common problem of having a little fat roll under the incision.
I've decided to go ahead and have some liposuction done to my upper abdomen and suffer with the little bit of loose skin I'll end up with from that.  
This procedure was rescheduled once due to a chest cold I have, I am hoping to be well enough in a week, so they won't reschedule me again!
