I am hiding under my tree. I just booked my first vacation since surgery, it will be three years. I am going with my family to Disneyland. The last time I was there I was 250 and growing. Had a hard time getting into the rides. On top of that I will be away from my kitchen for a week. That means eating out for almost every meal...pray for me. Well here is to Disneyland 5 months and counting.

Well today is a new start for me. I had surgery 2 1/2 years ago now and have got a little off track. So anyone out there have a thought for me please let me know. I am hoping to meet many here to help me and that I might help too. So today is a new day!
