Well I've lost 70 pounds since Jan. 5th, I'm doing great !!

I weighed myself Dec. 18th when I went to the doctor 276 lbs
I weighed @ the dr.Jan 9th 4 days post 252lbs A loss of 22 lbs.
I've had my husband hide my scale. I'm not going to weigh myself for awhile.
Started soft liquids today, ( Phase II ) I'm doing okay on them. I'm having some difficulties, Well, they're really not problems it's more of tring to get used to my new stomach. I'm not sure If I'm hungry or what.
And I'm already thinking of food which scares me.. Things that I haven't ate in years like bananna's with peanutbutter, or PB and jelly sandwiches, and a craving for Subway subs.

Surgery is set for Janurary 5Th.
I went out a bought a scale 270lbs-- I'm having some problems with the pre surgery diet. I talked to susan our Patient advocate she said that I could do an all protein diet.
Tommorrow I will give it my all....I just need to keep thinking that this will be the starting of my new life, I hope I'm not falsly putting all my eggs in one basket.
