12/11/06 - Well, I am going to have to figure out how to cut and paste all the entries I have made over the past 20 months. I am doing okay. Not exercising enough. My labs are good. I would like to have plastic surgery so that will be the goal for this year. I have not lost any weight in a really long time and in fact have gained and lost 10 pounds.
