"My first impression of Dr. Noyan was that he was very knowledgeable, patient, and sincere. As i met Dr. Noyan for other office visits and during the group meetings, my impression of him was confirmed and I also found him to be extremely professional, straightforward, honest, and humorous. He is a very funny guy when appropriate and only when appropriate, otherwise he is professional and very likeable. His office staff are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They also are very professional. So far I have not found anything that i don't like about him. Dr. Noyan follows a very strict regimen of care and this regimen makes sure that every patient is well aware that after care is a must after surgery. His after care program is very structured. He provided personal consultation on the risks of surgery as well as provided written information to take home. I would rate both Dr. Noyan and his staff a 10. A good surgeon, like Dr. Noyan, has both surgical competence and a healthy bedside manner. "
