The Binder!! - Took off my binder today to wash it. I didn't know that when wearing it it stopped some of the pain i was going through without wearing it! Feeling a little better! I hope tomorro...

Finally back from the hospital - Finally home from the hospital, still sore as hell! just took some pain killers, walking my 10 min and resting for a few!
