NINE MONTHS
Sep 21, 2011
Well, it's been 9 months since my surgery and I am happy to say that the weight is comming off so fast that it's scarey at times.
I have gone from 236 to 168. I now wear a size 12. It's been years since I've worn a size 12! I have had to give away so many clothes. It feels good to not be able to wear closthes because they're too large as opposed to being too small.
I get a little self conscious when friends begin telling me how good I look .
I do forget to take my vitamins and I am also having a problem with eating. Breakfast and lunch are not a problem but I am usually starving by dinner time. I get full very fast but then around 9:30 I amt hungry again. I don't like to eat that late but find that I am doing so more frequently.

JUST WONDERING

Hi,
I had Rouen Y Bypass surgery on 1/14/11. Everything went well. I feel fine. This is my last week on the liquid diet (thank God) and I will be glad to have some solid food in my system. I have been dreaming of food these last couple of days.
I will not over do it though.
My clothes are looser but I don't seem to be loosing as much weight as I thought I would. It appears to be coming off slowly. I guess that's a good thing though. Did anyone else have this problem in the beginning.?
