Journey2014
I am a 37 y/o woman who has battled weight my entire life. I live in the Adirondacks of NY, a beautiful place with so much adventure to offer... and I have experienced precious little of it!!
Weight has prevented me from doing things for far too long. Weight has given me physical limitations that have turned into emotional limitations for me. I have allowed my weight to prevent me from being the vibrant and ACTIVE person that I want to be.
This is MY time. I am taking my life back and hoping to meet lots of friends along my journey to lean on in my time of need and to support in theirs.
I look forward to sharing my triumphs and frustrations with you and can't wait to learn of the things this group has to teach me!!
