I had surgery on July 20th, VSG (Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy) Including "Optifast" I have lost 59 pounds and 84 inches from head to toe. I am so proud of myself, 59 pounds gone forever.

Pre-op @ 7am, only 2 weeks left before surgery! Any advice?

I started Optifast June 20, and stopped June 23 due to the fact that I could not keep it in! Puking and diarrhea like 16 times a day. I already have chronic diarrihea, and my blood sugar would be severely low, so I couldn't take it anymore. Called TWH

July 20, baby!!! Dr. Penner is my for sure surgeon. Having the Sleeve, just better for my health, and starting Optifast this coming Tuesday for about 4 weeks. So freaking HAPPPY!!!!! Eeeeek.

I'm meeting my surgeon Dr. Penner tomorrow morning. For the past week I have been calm, up until today, I feel anxious, nervous but mostly very excited. I can't stop smiling! Finally this day has come.
