I am a 30 year old male and have been obese all of my life. I grew up in Arizona and lived there most of my life. I got into alot of trouble when I was a teenager (I was a troubled youth) When I turned 18 I wanted a fresh start so I moved to Omaha. Which proved to best the best move I ever made it is where I met and married the love of my life in October of 2002. We met at work in 1999 and the rest was history. In 2005 we had a baby boy named Jake. He was born Deaf and with Artriesia Microsia (Which literately means small or no ear). At one year old he received a Cochlear implant he has since been through 5 major surgeries and will have his ear reconstructed when he is about 7 yrs old.( They wait this long because they take the cartilage from his rib cage and it is not developed until then). He is doing very well with his implant he responds to many sounds and is starting to make noises that almost sound like words although sign is our primary means of communication with him. So as you can see I am no stranger to surgery, recovery and dedication (Yeah I say that now right). I am a supervisor for a major retail chain. I also fix computers and do tech support on the side.
