Hi All!! I am now five months Post-op! So far I am down 86lbs. I feel great! I go to the gym four to five times a week and run-walk two miles every night! Five months ago this 57 year old man couldn't run across the street. I have had NO problems since Ralph Crum worked his magic on me!!!! John

I am now 17 days post-op. Down 28lbs, not bad! I felt absolutely great up until Thurs. of last week, I think I ate to fast and became nauseous and had abdominal pain. I went back to clear liquids up until today (Sun.) I am feeling much better now. Tomorrow it is back to work! SUCKS!! John

Hi All, Well I am now three days post-op. I returned home yesterday from Norwalk Hospital. No big problems, only a little nausea when I first got up from the bed. Pain is very manageable. My only complaint is being very sleepy. Again I want to thank everyone who sent me their best wishes! John
