Hello, Everyone
It's been 19 months since surgery and I am still at a standstill. Feeling very well, with no regrets. I've been told by my surgeon in September to try and lose at least another 25 lbs. It's very difficult since the last remaining pounds is my spare tire. I will do my best. I've been going thru a hungry phase. But still can't overindulge. I bought me a new treadmill and have worked on it but not a lot. Experiencing a lack of energy, I guess it's do to the loss of my dog that I had for 15 years this labor day. But life goes on. Will keep you posted.
GOD BLESS/ WITH MUCH SUCCESS

I am now 6 mos. out. I've lost a total of 50 lbs. I feel great. I no longer have to take insulin. That is a blessing. I have until March 08 to reach my 80 lb. loss. They told me to eat more so that I don't reach my plateau to soon. Coming from 5 injections of insulin a day and pills is a blessing. God is Good
