hitting that plateau

well I have been at a plateau for about 3 months now I think. I just fluctuate by about 4 pounds. I am steady at 205ish. I just saw a recent pic of me and while I look 10,000% better all I see is this big gut hanging over but I know its not big but that is all I see. Stick arms, small face and a big gut. almost looks like I am preggers LOL.
Anyway I am still trying to find a job. Any job will do.
