       Well going in two days for my second adjustment. . . down 55 exactly and at 44% of my goal in 5 months. I am so siked to continue the progress as it is all way overdue. I have found that in the last week the same old hunger feeling all  day were creeping back in and the inability to feel full, guess that is the sign for another adjustment. Lost about 24 pounds with the last one and hope for the same results. My Doctor says that everything shrinks during weight loss which causes the band to become loose, hadn't thought of that but certainly makes perfect sense.
     Well still no local interest in the sight here but will stay vigilante, as i think having someone to talk to always helps in going through any new endeavor.

Well it is about 5 weeks post LAP-Band, about 30 lbs. down already but starting to feel hunger more often. I think my Dr. is going to do my first adjustment on Tuesday so that will be a whole new experience. well hoping to start a place to chat with folks in the local area going through similar issues, hope to hear from someone soon. . .
