Jo, As a person that is having WLS four days after you I asked myself what whould I want to hear this close to my surgery. I would want to hear that I am being prayed for and that my decision is the right one. I pray that your recovery will be fast and beyond your hopes. I ask that God watch over you and bring your through safely to the other side. Walk, cough and breathe deep as you being your new life. You are making the right choice to make a new life for yourself. God Bless you.

Jo, I'm wishing you a safe, complication free surgery and a quick, smooth recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having had done it several years ago. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your new, healthier life.

Jo, I've had you on my mind all week. At least you're upcoming surgery has taken away some anxiety I've had with all the waiting I've been doing lately. I'll do my best to be a good angel and report all the news to our AMOS friends. The best thing in my 45 years about being obese is having had the opportunity of knowing you. You are so special to me. Much love and many prayers are sent your way lady.

Hi Jo...just wanted to wish you the best of luck on your upcoming wls. We share the same surgery date of March 14th. This will be the beginning of our new lives as LOSERS. Never thought I'd like the sound of being called a loser until now. LOL :-) I will be praying that God be with you and your surgeon and keep you safe throughout your journey for better health. Take care and HUGS to you. Renee' in Alabama
