Looking back at all my pictures...WOW I knew I was big but not that big. I am so glad that I had the surgery done and wish I could have had it done years ago. I am feeling so good.
When I had my before picture taken I was 474 that was back in June of 2008.
My surgery weight was 434. I had surgery on January 22, 2009. I weighed myself Sept 25, 2009 and I weighed 277.
My goal weight is 185, so I have 92 more pounds to go to get to my goal....I am so excited.
I have been heavy most of my life. So I am ready for a change in my life.

I got into my 18/20 clothes, I had to go out and buy some new goal pants size 14/16...I have to buy the tee shirt material kind of pants....Well I tried them on the other day and they fit.
My mom and bought some large pants and i tried them on they fit me but are way to short I told her how am I suppose to be able to wear her clothes if they are not long enough for me...lol.
I still have not told 3 of my sister's that I had the surgery they still think i am losing the weight doing weight watchers, they will see me next month when we give our parents a 50Th Anniversary party then I will let them know, i want to suprize them on how much weight I have lost...And they will be very surprized....hope everyone has a great day and if you have had the surgery keep up the great work.... and if you have not had it yet you have something to look forward too I am very glad that I had it I am feeling really good, I have been trying to walk 2 miles a day or every other day depending if i am busy or not, and before I would just sit on the couch and did not have the energy to do anything.

I got me some First Goal clothes and I tried them on today and I fit in them, they are a size 18/20.....I am so excited

I went for my 6 week check up on March 5th and i had lost 60.8 pounds....I go for my 3 month check up on April 15th and will post how much i have lost then

I went to the dr's yesterday, thought i had some infection but they said it was not and that everything is looking good.
I got weighed and i have lost 48.5 pounds so far

Feb 5, 2009 I went grocery shopping for the first time since surgery, for the stuff i needed, my mom took me and a friend i walked for a while but then had to sit down i was feeling light headed and needed some ice to suck on, then we got back up and went to the other side of the store and after i paid for my stuff i had to sit down again, and waited for my mom and Jane to pay for their stuff, my mom went out to start the van to get it warmed up, it is very cold here in Michigan. Then we went to the Dollar General, I sat in the van while mom and Jane went into the store, omg they were in there forever, I just wanted to go home and lay down and get some ice on my stomach and take a nap.

Feb 3, 2009 I went to the dr's and got my staples out and I have lost 12 pounds since surgery (jan 22nd) I get to eat different kinds of food now....I got to have some cottage cheese mmmmm it was so good.

I had my surgery on January 22nd, Today I am having a hard day, I am tired of eating the same thing over and over on the liquid diet if anyone has any sugestions plz help me out.......I have been eating sugar free jello with protien in it, chicken broth with protien in it, and protien drink....i am not able to get more then 3 to 4 oz's down at a time, along with trying to get my fluids down and taking all my pills.

My surgery date is getting closer I am getting so excited....My surgery date is January 22, 2009.
I am so ready to start my new life

I got my surgery date today just after i put the last Blog on.....I start my Liquid Diet January 7th and then my Surgery Date is January 22.......I am so excited
