Finish my first half marathon

Well hello everyone
well I did it I ran my first half marathon on sept 26 2010 the toronto waterfront it was the best exciting thing I have ever done. I finish it in 3 hours 24mins I still can`t believe I finish it lol.
My life has been stressful the last few weeks even before my half marathon I have been having difficultly with my iron levels they keep going down no matter what I do it not helping.
So am scared not sure what this mean but I have so many test done the last few weeks my body is tired all the time and I hate it right now.
So trying to stay positive while this is going on has been very hard my weigh is still going down which is  good but when I am stress I like to run but I can`t right now so am afraid I am going to start over eating again I am trying my best not to but this is where I struggle
So please pray for me 
 if anyone esle has had problems with their iron levels have been able to fix them let me know what worked for u I am willing to try anything

Well I didn't make the 200lbs before dec 30 2009. I am struggling with the maintaining my weight lost of 218lb. I would like to be weight 195 by dec 30 2010 that gives me 7 months to lost 25lbs.
I have been doing alot of running over the last few months I have completed 3 5k run and 1 10k run so far. I am thinking about doing an 1/2 marathon this fall.
I am finding it hard to stay on track of my eating I just feel so alone at times where I go right for the food.
That it for now I will try to keep you posted month by month

Starting back

Hello eveyone.
Well it been way over a year since I posted on this site. I thought I would do an update  Today I weigh 212lbs. I have started running which I really enjoy I run three times a week.
I am training for a marthon I would love to run the boston marthon. that would be my dream coming true.
I would like to weight below 200lb by dec 30 2009.
So I am getting back on track and focusing on  the eating right stuff and working out.
Wish me luck I will keep you up date on a daily bases.
Do I have the power to make it come true.

To new beginning

Today I woke up feeling refresh I am starting my day with good thoughts.
my tummy is itchy because it healing. 
very little pain at this point. Yesterday I was able to get in 75 grams of protein and almost 64oz of water.
I still getting air bubbles but I feel that will change soon.
I have sign up for obesity help to meet new people and learn more about the events that are going to happen to my body soon
