Nearly 8 wks in & weight moving very slowly...lost nothing this week but I guess it gets better when the band is filled properly!!

Had gastric band surgery on 25th October 10, preceded by a two week milk diet . I had my first band fill of 4mls yesterday, making 5mls all together. Band fill was easy & painless & I've lost 18lbs since starting the milk diet on 15th October.
Back on smooth foods for a day or two & then we'll see how my band reacts to solid food?
All good right now anyway!!
