The New Beginning!!!

Well, on this past friday... I was welcomed into the new beginning of a pain free world. I bent over and experienced that "POP" I was told about by many and boy was I excited. I was able to move freely, sleep in my bed for the first time in a month, and enjoy each day! Now I am working hard to get into a normal, high-protein schedule! 39lbs down and counting!
